Every two years we are required by the tenants of our grant which supports the Student Assistance Programs to administer the California Healthy Kids Survey. This survey is a passive permissive survey. It is administered to all students unless a parent indicates that they do not wish their child to participate.  Attached in a copy of the 2013 Survey.  All results are reported as a total School/District result.  No individual results are reported, furthermore, the results are tabulated by California Department of Education with no student names or any other identifying mark.
